You’ll step beyond your comfort zone, engage in meaningful conversations, and discover fresh perspectives, all within a supportive, non-judgmental community. Here, growth occurs not in isolation, but in relationship, allowing you to experience deeper self-awareness and authentic connection.

Since 2019, I’ve been on a journey of personal transformation, leaving behind a 21-year marriage and my career in corporate America. As I climbed the corporate ladder, I realized that I was surrounded by toxic relationships and a competitive environment that drained my energy and purpose. I wanted to find my tribe, remove these unhealthy influences, and create a life that aligned with my true self. This led to deep inner work to break free from the corporate and cultural conditioning that had held me back, allowing me to live the life I truly desired.

My turning point began with an autoimmune diagnosis, which brought symptoms like food intolerances, digestive issues, arthritis, and the onset of fibromyalgia. At the peak of my stress and unhappiness, my naturopath helped me understand that my physical illness was rooted in emotional distress. From that moment, I made the decision to live a life that reflected my values, starting with setting boundaries in my relationships and prioritizing how I wanted to be treated.

Many of my old relationships dissolved, making space for healthier connections—including the most important one, the relationship I had with myself. I worked through my limiting beliefs, transforming them one by one as they arose. Along the way, I found tools that supported my emotional growth and reshaped my beliefs, helping me rediscover my voice and start my coaching business. I also found my tribe—a group of conscious, supportive friends and colleagues who encouraged my growth.

Today, I am a very different person. Not only do I like who I am, but I also truly love and appreciate myself. Of course, life still has its challenges, but I now have a toolbox full of resources that help me navigate those moments with greater ease and grace.

For years, friends, mentees, and even former colleagues have encouraged me to become a coach based on my ability to see the bigger picture of self-responsibility and personal growth. My own journey of self-awareness and transformation has allowed me to guide others through their struggles with compassion and clarity. After hearing from so many people how I positively impacted their lives, I shifted from business coaching to emotional transformation, getting certified in practices that worked for me and have helped countless others.

Now, I live a simpler, more intentional life—less stress, a flexible schedule, meaningful friendships, and more joy. I spend quality time with my teenage son, enjoying activities like ping-pong, go-kart racing, and eating crab legs. I also love diving into topics like metaphysics, quantum energy, astrology, and exploring the balance of masculine and feminine energy.

If you're ready to embark on your own journey of transformation, whether you're seeking emotional growth, professional alignment, or simply a greater sense of peace, I would love to hear your story. Let's connect and discover how I can support you in creating a life that truly reflects your authentic self.

  • I feel myself moving into a deeper state of trusting and letting go...

“As a result of working with Tricia I became more mindful of my stressors and the impact they were having on my emotional state. This led me to noticing my stressors more quickly and allowed me to make more empowering choices, in the moment, thus reducing the negative impact. I also started feeling calmer and more present throughout the day and gave myself permission to make decisions based on what intuitively felt best for me rather than based on what my mind was telling me was best. Overall I feel myself moving into a deeper state of trusting and letting go of attachments to experiencing any particular outcomes or results in both my personal and professional life. This feels incredibly liberating!”

"I was amazed at how quickly the HeartMath techniques worked! Within 24 hours of my first session with Tricia, I began to feel significant shifts in how I was handling certain stressors in my life. Using HeartMath has helped me respond rather than react. I have a new perspective about the people and situations that used to disturb me. Thank you, Tricia!"

  • Tricia Livermore is LOVE in action

“Tricia Livermore is LOVE in action. She is a very empathic, compassionate, and loving individual who can help anyone in their journey to better living. Tricia focuses on the positive and allows you to make mistakes because she recognizes that we are always learning as human beings. She helped me accept my own frailties and grow stronger through embracing them. HeartMath is a unique blend of science and spirituality and is an exceptional tool for practicing mindfulness. I recommend it, but more so, I recommend Tricia as your guide.”
